Mentorship Programme

Every learner in our programmes is matched with a vetted adult mentor who commits to a full school year. Mentors check in weekly — in person, by WhatsApp, or through the app — and log every session so nothing falls through the cracks.

What participants can expect

• One 45-minute check-in every week
• Same mentor for the full year
• Goal-setting each term with the learner and parent
• Escalation to staff when a learner needs more support
